In the app: Profile › Settings › Delete account, then confirm. Your sign-in account, profile, photos, messages, location and preferences are deleted straight away. You can't undo this.
Can't open the app? Email hasiktechnologies@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, subject "Delete my Rando account". We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What stays: backups are overwritten within 35 days; safety reports are kept for 12 months to protect others from repeat abusers. Deleting doesn't cancel Rando Unlimited — cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Details in the Privacy Policy.

How does Rando work?
Rando shows you people one at a time, chosen by chance within your preferences. If someone interests you, send a short note. If they accept, the chat opens.
What are the free limits?
Every calendar month you can send 30 notes and accept 7 for free. Limits reset on the 1st of the month. Rando Unlimited removes them.
What is Rando Unlimited?
An optional weekly auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by Apple. New subscribers get the first week free. The app shows the price and period before you buy. Refunds and the EU right of withdrawal are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms of Use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Rando Unlimited › Cancel Subscription. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I report someone?
Use the ••• menu on any profile or in any chat, or long-press a message. Reporting also blocks the person. A person reviews every report within 24 hours. You don't need an account to report illegal content: email us what it is, where it is, why you think it's illegal, and your name and email.
Who can see my location?
Nobody sees where you are. Rando keeps only an approximate area and shows others a rounded distance such as "within 5 km". Location is optional.

Update to the latest version and restart the app. If it continues, email hasiktechnologies@gmail.com with your iPhone model and what happened.
